Since your venue is part of the {network name} network, you will need to specify the visibility of the jobs you post. You have 2 options for this:

All Barcats staff: if you choose this option, your job will be visible to all staff members who are signed up to Barcats. If the job your are posting does not need to be filled by an existing employee, or is for a new/temporary role you don't employ staff for, we recommend you choose this option.

Staff in my network only: if you choose this option, your job will only be visible to staff members that are part of the {network name} network. If the job you are posting must be filled by an existing or previous employee, or you prefer to hire from within your organisation, we recommend you choose this option.
